03 February 2019 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 70-1176
Q. Hi Can I get extension leads to increase the distance between the battery and camera? If not, can I buy these connectors separately (male and female) and make up my own? Thanks. Peter Wright
A. Hi Peter, thank you for your question. We do not offer the connectors but the wires could be extended by just splicing extra wire in.

03 July 2018 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 70-1176
Q. Is it OK to connect only one or two batteries for charging, or do all 5 have to be connected. If all 5 do they have to be in approximately the same state of discharge? (I will be using the batteries individually to power models).
A. Hi Brian, thank you for your question. Any quantity can be charged up to a maximum of five at a time, in theory all of the batteries would be discharged before being charged. We have not tested the charger with 4 discharged batteries and 1 charged but do not envisage any problems.

20 April 2018 Question by: Rapid Customer | Product code: 70-1176
Q. Hi Chaps.. Really excited by this challenge! Any ideas on how long 5 of these batteries will take to fully charge? Does the USB unit charge and trickle charge? Cheers Phil Worsley The Joseph Whitaker School Rainworth Nottinghamshire
A. Hi Phil, thank you for your question. Usually no more than a couple of hours. The light should go out once they are charged.
